TERMS & PURCHASE AGREEMENT
- We are not responsible for typographical errors and all items are subject to availability.
- Order confirmation will be provided by email with tax (for CA residence) and shipping cost.
- All products are new and factory fresh unless its a refurbished product which will be prominently noted in the product's information page.
- Price Matching / Price Policy
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer price matching. For your convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our web site daily. Prices are not negotiable.
- Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice.
- Processing Time
All orders placed with Price1.com may take up to 72 hours to process, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Price1.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
- Availability
If an order is placed and the item is unavailable the customer will be notified by email or a phone call to the phone number left on the order.
- Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable, will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Please check our web site for the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are estimates and not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. Shipping charge will be assess for each of the shipments.
- The order confirmation does not constitute a final offer or
contract. All orders are subject to management review and approval and if found to be invalid due to any reason, are subject to cancellation by management.
- Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hour or email
to change your order.
- Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. If shipped, you can refuse package upon delivery, however you will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charge is non-refundable. Please call during our business hour to cancel your order.
- Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within California, will be charged the applicable sales tax according to your county.
- Shipment
All packages shipped are fully insured and signature confirmation is require on all packages. For your security all packages must be signed upon arrival. Price1.com or the carrier can not be held responsible for stolen merchandise from the property of the customer. Price1.com do not ship to Hotels.
- Damaged or Lost Merchandise
Any merchandise damaged on arrival or lost during transit must be claimed with carrier (namely UPS or USPS). Price1.com will attempt to do its best in the packaging and handling of merchandise for shippment to the customer. However, Price1.com can not be held responsible for any damages or lost of the merchandise as the result of carrier mishandling, carrier neglect, natural disaster, force majeure or circumstance beyond the control of Price1.com.
- International Shipping
No International shipment except for Canada. Customer outside United States except Canada, must prepaid by Cashiers Check or International Money Order, and the merchandise be ship to forwarder within the United States.
- Return Shipping
Customer pays return shipping on all service (see Return Policy).
- Technical Assistance
For most product, please contact the original manufacturer for assistance. Price1.com does not provide tech support.
- Privacy
Price1.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site, will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from Price1.com, are order confirmation, package tracking information or updates to any recent orders.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from Price1.com, you must return the merchandise within 5 business days of delivery for an exchange or refund base on the following conditions.
EXCHANGE
In the event that you do receive a product with a manufacturing defect or you have purchased the merchandise in error (merchandise is over/under/different) we will promptly exchange or replace it, provided the original merchandise be returned prior to any exchange or replacement being issued.
If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned merchandise. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a RMA for credit and place a new order.
When exchange for a different merchandise
- of LESS value: Price1.com will only issue store credit base on the difference of the original merchandise, the new merchandise and the shipping cost for the new merchandise to the customer.
- of EQUAL value. Price1.com will only charge the customer the shipping cost for the new merchandise to the customer.
- of HIGHER value. Price1.com will charge the difference between the new and original merchandise plus shipping cost for the new merchandise to the customer.
Some products, if found defective upon your receiving them, cannot be returned for exchange. Rather they must be repaired by a service center of the manufacturer in your area.
Due to the nature of many of our products, when you do want to return a merchandise for a exchange/replacment only, the following requirements must be met.
- All returns for exchange or replacement must be pre-authorized by Price1.com. Customer must request for an active Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 5 business days of package receive date by contacting us at
and receiving our instruction and consent to issue an exchange/replacement only. When RMA number is issued, customer must return the merchandise within 10 business days of package receive date. No exceptions.
- Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. If any component of the returned product is missing or damaged, Price1.com return procedure will be breached and Price1.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. Used and/or damaged equipment is not returnable, nor are repair parts. If warranty cards / product registration are filled out or mailed in, the merchandises cannot be returned. We are reasonable, but our decision is final.
- Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. All products must be returned to us in the same condition as sold; unused and/or undamaged. In the case of exchange, customer agrees to pay additional shipping charge for the new merchandise. In the case of replacement for manufacturing defect, Price1.com will pay for the shipping of the replacement product from Price1.com or its suppliers to the customer. However, manufacturing defect must be established when the original merchandise is returned to Price1.com or its suppliers for inspection.
- Exchange product must be accompanied by original sales receipt. Please make a photocopy of aforementioned receipt for your own records.
- No exchange will be given on the following items:
- Blowouts
- Customized Orders
- Discontinued Products
- Refurbished or Reconditioned Items
- Special Orders
- Specials
- User Damaged Items
- Used Items
Price1.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Only one type of RMA per RMA number. For example, if you wish to exchange a defective merchandise Alpha and refund a merchandise Beta on the same invoice, you must request separate RMA numbers for Alpha and Beta.
REFUND
Due to the nature of many of our products, when you do want
to return a merchandise for a refund only, the following requirements
must be met.
- All returns for refund must be pre-authorized by Price1.com.
Customer must request for an active Return Merchandise Authorization
("RMA") number within 5 business days of package
receive date by contacting us at
and receiving our instruction consent to issue a refund
only. When RMA number is issued, customer must return the
merchandise within 10 business days of package receive date.
No exceptions.
- Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100%

- All returned merchandises are subject to a 20% minimum
restocking fee assess against the customer's account, and
the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred
from and to Price1.com. Refund amount will always be less
original shipping - as stated above. Additional charges
will applied if any components of the returned product is
missing or damaged. No exceptions.
- Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable
of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire
value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping
charges and all risk of loss for the return product during
shipment. All products must be returned to us in the same
condition as sold; unused and/or undamaged.
